Website Cloud Backup

Overview

Website Cloud Backup automatically and securely backs up your website files and databases off-site to the Amazon cloud. You can keep multiple backup versions, restore your entire site or individual files, and receive email notifications. The service includes access to an easy-to-use Website Cloud Backup management portal.

What Gets Backed Up

• Your website files
• Your Microsoft SQL databases
• Your MySQL databases

Files are transferred securely and encrypted in storage.

Plans

Plans are based on the amount of cloud storage you need, and are ordered in the Control Panel.

If you need more than 100 GB of storage, contact us for a quote.

How to Order

1. Log in to the Everleap Control Panel at cp.everleap.com.
2. Open the Services menu and click Website/Database Cloud Backup.
3. If the service is not active yet, the page reads "Website Cloud Backup service is not enabled". Order the service from this page and choose the storage plan that fits your needs.

Once the Service Is Active

The same Control Panel page changes to show your service:

• Website Cloud Backup Portal — opens the management dashboard where you create and manage backups.
• Website Cloud Backup Plan — your current storage plan, with an Upgrade link if you need more.
• Usage — how much of your storage is in use, in MB.
• Notification Email — where backup notifications are sent, with a Change link.

Notes

• Backups are stored off-site, so they remain available even if something happens to your site.
• Storage is shared across all the backup profiles on your account — websites and databases together count towards your plan's quota.
• You can upgrade your storage plan at any time from this page without losing existing backups.
