How to set up Two Factor Authentication in Everleap Control Panel

Click on the drop down Menu at the top right under your Account ID number and select 2FA Setting
Select Authenticator App Or Text Base authentication method you wish to use

Option 1: Authenticator Application:

Scan the QR Code with the Authentication application of your choice.
Enter the 6 Digit code into text box
Click on Verify

Option 2: Text Base Authentication:

Please note: We only support Text-Based Phone Authentication for USA and Canada phone numbers.

Enter your Mobile Number
Click Next
You will then receive a Verification code via text message to the phone number you entered.
Enter this code into the Verification Code box.
Click Verify

Selecting "Remember this Device" will have your computer verified for 30 days only. After 30 days you will need to verify your device again by re-entering a new verification code via text.

To disable Two Factor Authentication

Log into the Control Panel

Click on the drop down Menu at the top right under your Account ID number and select 2FA Setting
Click on Reset MFA Button
