Purchase additional Office 365 licenses or cancel active licenses

 

To purchase additional Office 365 licenses please open a ticket with the Billing Department and provide the plan and number of licenses to add.

 

 

Verify the licenses to cancel are not currently assigned to any users, then open a ticket with the Support Department, request cancellation of Office 365 licenses, and provide the plan (if there is more than one) and number of licenses to cancel.
