Resetting the Office 365 admin password

The Office 365 admin password can be reset at any time from the Everleap Control Panel by clicking Services > Office 365 > Manage (for the applicable subscription).

 

 

 

The Reset Password link will be found next to the primary admin user.

 

 

 

While manually entered, the password set here will only be temporary.  https://portal.office.com will request a new password be created on first login (see below).

 

 

 

As with the initial login when the Office 365 account is created, the portal login will immediately require a password update.  With the New Password here being the one used going forward when logging into the Office 365 portal.
