Upgrade or downgrade an existing Office 365 license

To upgrade or downgrade the license for an Office 365 user, please open a ticket with the Billing Department and provide the following information:

1: The Office 365 username whose license is being changed

2: The new plan to change the existing license to

Cancel an Office 365 Plan

If you wish to cancel your Office 365 plan, please open a ticket with the Billing Department.
