Wrong approver email selected during RapidSSL order process

When ordering a RapidSSL certificate through Everleap, on the third page of the order is a drop-down to select the approver email address.
If the drop-down is missed or an email address is accidentally selected where email cannot be retrieved, please open a ticket with the Billing Department to cancel the existing SSL order.  Then select a different approver email address on a new order.  As the approver email address, unfortunately, cannot be changed once the order has been submitted.
If the email address selected didn't exist but is created afterwards, the approver email can be resent from Everleap Control Panel > Services > SSL Certificates > Manage (applicable order) > Resend Approver Email
