Changing / Resetting an Email Account Password

Any email password can be reset by logging into the webmail interface through the Everleap Control Panel, from the Email section of the Site Overview page.

Single site: Everleap Control Panel > Shared Sites > Email > "Log Into SmarterMail Manager" link
Multi site: Everleap Control Panel > Shared Sites > Manage (applicable domain) > Email > "Log into SmarterMail Manager" link



After logging in as the Primary Admin, click the More1 drop-down and then Domain Settings2.



From the list of email accounts, click on the email user first.



Then click the ellipsis1 to expand the options and then Change Password2.
