How to create new email users

To create new email users, log in to the webmail interface as the "postmaster" account for your domain:

Log in to the Sites section of Control Panel
Click the Manage link for the domain where you wish to add the email address(es)
Click the Email link
Click Log Into SmarterMail Manager

You will be automatically logged in to the postmaster account.

Once you are logged in to SmarterMail, go to Domain Settings > Users to create new email users.
