Generating the Certificate Signing Request (CSR)

Purchasing the SSL certificate and installing it on your Everleap account
  • Provide your chosen Certificate Authority with the CSR that was generated in the Everleap Control Panel. Each Certificate Authority has their own process for purchasing and obtaining your SSL certificate. Refer to their help documents for details.
  • When you have obtained the SSL certificate from the Certificate Authority, go back to the SSL Certificate manager in the Everleap Control Panel.
  • Click the "Manage" link. You will be taken to the SSL Certificate Request page.
  • Copy and paste the SSL certificate into the "Install Certificate" text box. Make sure that you copy only the Web Server certificate and not the Intermediate certificate. If necessary, contact the Certificate Authority that generated the certificate and ask them send you only the Web Server certificate.
  • Click the "Install Certificate" button.
