How to create an email user

  • Log in to Control Panel.
  • On the Site Overview page click the "Email" link (if you have a Multi-Domain plan click "Manage" next to the Site you want to add the address to).
  • Email is disabled by default. Click the "Enable" button.
  • On the email page, click "Log Into SmarterMail Manager."
  • This will automatically log you in to the SmarterMail interface as the postmaster account.
  • Click the "Settings" button (the gear icon) in the left menu.
  • Expand "Domain Settings."
  • Click "Users."
  • Click "New" to create the new email user.
  • Click "Save" when you're finished.
