How to Increase the Number of Sites on Your Plan

Overview

Everleap offers two shared cloud plan tiers based on the number of sites you need. The Single Site plan supports one website. The Multi Site plan supports up to 5 separate websites. If you need more than 5 sites, contact the billing department, once additional slots are provisioned, you can add them from the Control Panel.

Steps

Option A: Upgrade from Single Site to Multi Site Plan

  1. Log in to the Everleap Control Panel at cp.everleap.com.
  2. Navigate to cp.everleap.com/plans/upgrade.aspx or click Upgrade Plan if shown in your account.
  1. Select the Multi Site Plan and choose your billing cycle (quarterly at $50/month, or annual at $40/month).
  2. Confirm the upgrade. The price is prorated to your current billing cycle.

Option B: Add More Than 5 Sites (Contact Billing)

  1. If you are already on the Multi Site plan and need more than 5 sites, contact the Everleap billing department to request additional site slots.
    1. Additional shared cloud hosting sites are $20/month per 5 sites, prorated to your billing cycle.
  2. Once billing confirms the additional slots have been added, log back in to the Control Panel.

Adding a New Site After Slots Are Available

  1. On the Services Overview page, locate the Shared Cloud Hosting Account section and click Manage.
  1. On the Shared Cloud Sites Overview page, click the Add New Site button.
  2. Follow the prompts to configure the new site (domain name, application pool settings).

Verify It Worked

After adding a new site, confirm it appears in the "Shared Cloud Sites Overview" list and that you can navigate to its Site Overview page.

Notes

  • Multi Site Plan: 5 websites, 25 GB disk, 500 GB bandwidth, 5 GB MS SQL / 25 databases, 5 GB MySQL / 25 databases.
  • For more than 5 sites, contact the billing department, this cannot be self-served from the Control Panel.
  • Each site on the Multi Site plan has its own application pool, disk quota, and settings.
