How to contact us for support

Overview

Everleap offers a few different support channels depending on whether your issue is related to your hosting service itself, or to your application/code.

Service-related issues

To open a helpdesk ticket for technical support or billing, log in to the support portal (support.everleap.com) using your hosting account username and password. Once you are logged in, a "Submit a Ticket" option will be available, and you can view open or previously resolved tickets from "View Tickets."


Application or coding issues

If you have a question about applications, errors related to coding, or anything else not directly related to the hosting service itself, check the Everleap Community Forum and this Knowledge Base for solutions.

To ask a question in the forum, you will first need to register or log in using Facebook or Twitter. Your hosting account login is not associated with the forum login.

Note: If you're ever unsure which credentials to use, your Everleap Control Panel username and password will work for the helpdesk/knowledge base portal, while the community forum uses its own separate Facebook/Twitter-based login.
